Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy is a relational process—one that meets you as a whole person, with your history, strengths, and struggles. Together, we make space to better understand who you are and where you are in your life.

Simply speaking about your experience in the presence of an empathic witness can begin to ease the weight of it. When therapy resonates, you may start to feel more real to yourself—as if things are making new sense. From there, new possibilities can begin to emerge.

I work with individuals in-person and remotely using the “Jane” secure telehealth platform.

Fees

My fee is $160 for a 50-minute psychotherapy session. This rate includes not only our time together but also the behind-the-scenes work that supports your care—such as required record-keeping, relevant research, and regular clinical consultation. These practices help ensure that I provide you with thoughtful, high-quality support. I dedicate a portion of my practice to clients who need sliding-scale fees. Currently all sliding-scale spots are full. Please feel free to check back periodically, as availability may change.

“Experience is a biochemical intervention.”

Couples / Relationship / Family Therapy

You and your partner may find yourselves stuck in the same painful patterns—repeating the same conflicts, feeling unheard, or unable to break through to something new. In our work together, we’ll begin to uncover the deeper emotional language behind these repeated disconnects. My role is to help you recognize how your individual histories shape your shared dynamic, and how these histories are being re-experienced in your present struggles. As we begin to understand what your relationship “misses” have been trying to express all along, opportunities emerge for healing and new forms of growth and connection. My relational approach is informed by Neurodynamic Couples Therapy, developed by Jana Edwards, LCSW. Learn more here. Contact me to book an initial (60 minute) session. Please note that I prioritize working in-person with couples (or adult members of family groups).  Appointments are conducted at 693 Pape Avenue, Toronto, ON.

Fees

Couples therapy sessions are typically 75 minutes and billed at $237.50 per session. The initial 60-minute consultation is $190 and offers a chance for you to get a feel for how I work—and to decide whether this approach is a good fit for your needs.

My fees reflect not only our time together, but also the work that supports your treatment behind the scenes. This includes required record-keeping, relevant research, and regular clinical consultation, all of which help me provide thoughtful, high-quality care.

Supervision & Consultation

I offer supervision and consultation for practitioners who wish to explore or deepen their clinical work along relational lines. My approach is informed by intersubjective self-psychology, as well as a strong foundation in embodiment and somatic attunement modalities.

Whether you are early in your career or looking to expand your therapeutic range, I provide a supportive, reflective space for professional growth and integration.

Fees

Supervision/consultation sessions are $170/50-minutes, and available either in-person or remotely.

“Our ability to attune to our own emotional experiences, verbalizable or not, must be a key instrument that we use as we attempt to promote in our [clients] awareness of and respect for the fullness of their emotional lives. Not only do we model such awareness and respect, we also use our emotional memory as a guide to optimal responsiveness.”
