Why Therapy?
You may be feeling chronically frustrated or deeply distressed—unsure how to move forward from a painful, lost, or stuck place in your life. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, strained relationships, or a sense of stagnation in your work, therapy can offer a path through the impasse.
One of the keys to change is finding support that helps you tune into your own lived experience and inner wisdom. I will meet you where you are, listening deeply, carefully, and without judgment.
Together, we’ll explore how you might grow into a warmer, more secure relationship with yourself—and with the people and world around you.
“The main thrust of therapy
is to help a person stop struggling
against himself.”
Alexander Lowen, M.D.
Relational Psychotherapy
The word therapy can mean many things, and it’s not always easy to know what kind of support is right for you—especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed or in crisis.
In my practice, I draw on relational, somatic (body-aware), and psychodynamic perspectives to support your exploration of what’s happening inside you and around you. I aim to create a safe, attuned, and connected space where you feel met with warmth and genuine interest.
Together, we’ll work in an open, informal way—focusing on the things that matter to you. I’ll encourage you to explore your experiences, your hopes, and the worries that bring you to therapy.
